I understand that I must receive approval from Aspen Street Metropolitan District in order to proceed. I understand that approval does not constitute approval of the city of Broomfield and that I may be required to obtain a building permit. I agree to complete improvements after receiving approval in a timely manner. I have read the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Design Standards and agree to comply with these documents. I also understand that all technical engineering, structural, or drainage matters are my responsibility.
